The straight double-edged tetrahedral blade with concave faces is made of plain steel. The narrower ricasso is stamped with a cross mark on both sides. The hilt consists of a hilt and a short cross-guard with widened oval pierced ends that are flat on one side and slightly convex on the other. The middle part of the cross-guard is formed as a hexagonal block decorated with diverging grooves. The hexagonal pommel is decorated in the same way and crowned with a button. The hilt is designed with short sloping grooves and is completely wrapped in twisted wire. No scabbard.

COMMENT. The presented item is a Western European dagger dated 17th century. Unfortunately, it is not possible to find out more precisely the place of manufacture and use. The dagger is of great historical and cultural value as a fairly well-preserved example of Western European edged weapons, which was made to order in the 17th century.
